Megan has always had a passion for the beauty industry. As a teenage with an interest in performing arts, she spent a lot of time backstage assisting with the hair and makeup of the other performers. She was also the go to friend to style your hair for prom, and later in life, to style your hair for your wedding. Attending Shasta School of Cosmetology felt like the obvious next step in life, and she’s been happily working in this industry ever since.

Megan believes that this is a career where the learning never ends, and she always values educational opportunities. Throughout the year she is flooding herself with online education, and has had the pleasure of taking hands-on courses from professional brands like Redken, Matrix, Sebastian, and Hattori Hanzo. While Megan is knowledgeable in multiple brands, and has respect for each of those companies, she chooses Redken as her main line of color.

Megan also appreciates that Cosmetology is truly an art form for her. It’s also a way for her clients to express themselves, or simply treat themselves! Whether it’s a fresh cut, change in color, specialized treatment, or exciting style…Megan takes pride in satisfying her clients, and making sure they leave feeling happy and beautiful!
